Our Process
Step One — Property Info
We begin with a consultation call to discuss your property, timeline, and goals for the staging.
During this conversation, we’ll explore the character of the space, its target audience, and any existing imagery or plans.
From there, we’ll outline the next steps and prepare a tailored proposal and quote for your approval.
Step Two — Lock in the Date
We’ll agree on an installation date for your six-week rental period, then begin by developing a staging concept and moodboard — capturing the palette, tone, and atmosphere best suited to your property.
You’ll receive this concept for review and sign-off before we source and reserve the selected furniture and accessories.
Step Three — Installation & Styling
With your concept approved, we move into implementation.
Our team oversees delivery, installation, and styling with precision and care, transforming the property within 24–48 hours, depending on the scope.
Pricing
Step Four — Ready to Market
Once styled, your property is presentation-ready.
We can coordinate or recommend professional photography to capture the space at its best, creating imagery that resonates online and in print.
At this stage, your property is poised to make a powerful first impression — designed not just to be seen, but to be desired.
Costs are influenced by the size and condition of the property, the level of styling and furniture required, and the length of the rental period. As a guide, most projects fall between 0.3% and 0.8% of the property’s value, inclusive of creative direction, furniture hire, full installation and based on a six week rental period.
