The Client is responsible for ensuring recommended items will fit within the space and can be delivered through doorways, stairwells, lifts and access routes.

The Client remains responsible for verifying product suitability before purchase.

5. Samples & Finishes

We strongly recommend obtaining samples of paint colours, fabrics, wallpapers, flooring and finishes before placing orders or proceeding with installation.

Colours and finishes may vary between digital presentations, printed materials and physical products.

6. CGI Visualisations

CGI visualisations are intended to communicate the design concept and overall aesthetic direction of the project.

Whilst every effort is made to accurately represent materials, colours and proportions, visualisations should not be relied upon as exact representations of final products or installed conditions.

7. Fees & Payment

Following acceptance of a proposal, a 10% booking fee is required to secure the project start date.

The remaining balance is payable no later than 7 days before the agreed project commencement date.

Failure to make payment may result in the project being postponed until the next available design slot.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

The booking fee is fully refundable up to 7 days before the agreed project start date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the project start date will result in the booking fee being retained by Atelier Ercra.

Once design work has commenced, fees become non-refundable.

Atelier Ercra reserves the right to deduct fees for work already completed prior to cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property

All concepts, drawings, CGI visualisations, presentations and design materials remain the intellectual property of Atelier Ercra.

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the design for the specified project only.
